Here on crazycowboyboots.com, when we think about cowboy boots, we think of Cowboys. Where there are Cowboys, there are horses, and possibly some cows. MOO! I personally LOVE cows! Of course, I AM a cowgirl!

Being a cowgirl, I have ridden and owned tons of horses. Guess what happens if you don’t use a bridal with a horse? The horse just runs everywhere it wants to and if you’re on the horse, that’s not very good. That’s a good way get thrown off!

I am proud that I have a new affiliate on my website.

I am a cowgirl that really like to dress like a lady at night and for going out. I have always wore cowboy boots, with shorts, dresses and even bathing suits! I have always marched to the beat of a different drum, so to speak.

All my life since I was 14 years old, I have played music out and about in clubs, bars, rodeos, and all kinds of venues. I was born in Dallas, TX, and I have always loved everything western. What else could I do? I started learning to play guitar at the ripe old age of 12. I taught myself how to play guitar and before I knew it, I was out and about playing music in a place in Dallas at the “Attic Window”, in the “beatnik” kind of area because folk music was alive and I played a lot of Joan  Baez in those days.

Then came the 70’s and I was starting to learn Jimi Hendrix music and Led Zepplin! I was a full blown rocker! I had a wonderful time (what I can remember, I partied way too hard. But not to worry, I got over that, thank God!)

My father always loved Willie Nelson, what Texan doesn’t? When Willie came on the scene in Texas, all of a sudden, being western wow and cowboy cool became ultra trendy. I went along with it and learned all the country songs I could so i could play in all the bars, taverns, dance halls, and dives I could find and get a gig.

What do ya’ll think the first part of my wardrobe happedned to be? Cowboy boots! Yes! Next came fringe shirts and pants and skirts!

I was so fortunate. My mother designed and made me a fantastic array of western wear for playing out. I played on TV also on the Grapevne Opry in Grapevine Tx and I was on the show with Leon McAuliff (the steel player for Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys! Wow!) I was about 23 years old.

So after that, I played country music and sang and started to write songs. My clothes have been cowboy chic ever since!

I hope everyone that visits my site will have fun and enjoy themselves! Have fun ya’ll!

Hey all you beautiful ladies who love western bling wear! Well, that’s what I call it. When I was young, especially, I always liked to try to look like a model. I think most of us girls wanted to do that. Unfortunately, the media made us young girls feel like if we weren’t gorgeous and thin, we weren’t worth anything! Young ladies, that is absolutely untrue!

It’s what’s inside that counts. Integrity, honesty, and virtue, are things that seem like a thing of the past, but I believe it is alive and well in the world.

Now, girls, I have found some boots that are dazzling and exciting and also part of modern west looks. Create your own look!

You don’t have to ride horses and be a cowgirl to dress cowgirl chic.
